Submitted 2 claims 8/12. Made a phone call to help center. Went through the security check. Eventually asked me for the claim reference numbers. I quoted it many times - it is a 6 digit number ONLY! I get told the claim will be escalated as it was already logged in September!!!! After a debate, i was aske "are you not Mrs. (completely different surname) The incorrect claim number was entered. Why the hell do a security check and confirm my ID and what ever goes with that, if you now call me someone else. What a joke. Asking to speak to the supervisor, "she/he is not available' What else did I expect. You report to your "senior" that is missing in action. This is every time i make a claim. Please do not send an apology like you do to ALL the other complainants. No reference but only a name. I will be kind today and not name and shame, but this will happen going forward. Rather DO SOMETHING to train your help center people! Invest in your people, or manage them. From a very disappointed customer. Erica
MWEB does not deserve 1 star! The service is appalling. My email has been suspended. I have a debit of -R 142 Nobody replying to emails, not answering calls. Not responding to Hellopeter. Chat box a total waste of time. I pay for a service! This is my 2nd review. What must one do?
Problems with billing. Could not sort it out on the MWEB site. The "chat" box is of NO use! No response. 3 days off continuous phone calls. 1 consultant answered my call and could not assist. Transferred me to accounts department. After 45 minutes of music, I put the phone down. MWEB I am disappointed!!
I always enjoy Kauai vegetarian wraps. Today I planned to treat myself to a nice wrap but decided to cancel my order! At the till, I looked to the right where all the silver dishes are with the pre cut veggies etc. The containers were literally covered by flies. When I questioned the lady that served me, I was told that they have big problem with flies (understandably for the time of the year) and that it has been reported to their superiors 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done about the infestation of flies. I will think twice before I order food from this outlet. I also ordered a fresh orange juice previously, when I asked if it is orange juice from a freshly squeezed orange, I was told it comes from a bottle and it is not 100% fresh juice. Woolworths next door, much better option. At least the food is covered and one can by 100% fresh orange juice.
I sent the first email request to Call Centre on 16th July 2024, requesting correct billing information (Correct ICD Code) After weeks I received notification that the correct codes will be submitted to medical aid. I noted that medical aid rejected the chronic approved claims due to incorrect coding. Since I followed up continuously via email and no response. On 11-11-24, once again I received a statement from Lancet with incorrect coding. With the monthly blood tests the correct ICD code is quoted at the laboratory. I had enough. Anybody planning to make use of Lancet laboratory's services - be warned of the appalling accounting system.
