PLANET 42 VEHICLE RENTAL TRAUMA
I DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAD TO WRITE HERE TO GET THEIR ATTENTION, THEY HAVE HANDED OVER ME TO THEIR LAWYERS ON SOMETHING I DO NOT KNOW, I HAD LEASE AGRREEMNT WITH THEM PAID AND RECIEVED PAID UP LETTER STILL IT WAS REFECLETING AS AN OVER DUE, ASKED TO SORT IT OUT DISPUTED IT TO TRANSUNION AND BELIEVED ITS SORTED, JEERA FROM PLANET 42 WAS ASSISTING BUT GUES WHAT I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED BY THEIR LAWYERS CLAIMING I OWE R18996.00. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO THE DEBT COLLECTOR ATTACHED PAID UP LETTER AND COPIED PLANET 42 BUT STILL NO RESPOND. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

WRONGFULLY ARREARS ALLOCATION ON RENTAL
I am writing on this platform about this mentioned company for the second time. still there is no positive outcome, i am very frustrated i have had a rental agreement with this car and have cancelled as my contract was allowing, followed all the necessary procedures, duly paid everything i was owing, received a settlement letter, to my surprise until today it still appears as if i am in arrears i still owe the company, this has badly affected my credit score, i am trying to buy a and this seems to be blocking me. the lady by the name Bianca has tried to assist and promise that its will be sorted that was last year, .i waited from last year until February 2025, then March I sent the company to informing them that it was not sorted out, there was no response, i again emailed them today and still no response. I regret to have dealt or used their services Planet 42 seemingly does not have best interests of their clients, i will not recommend this company anywhere.

PLANET 54 RENTAL SETTLEMENT( WRONGFUL ALLOCATED ARREAS)
I am writing for the second time here about the same issue with planet 54, i am very frustrated and regretting to involve myself with this company as the do not have best interests to their consumers, i have had a rental contract with them cancelled it and duly paid whatever that i owed as per the agreement. they sent me a paid up letter. to my surprise it appears that i still owe them monies and i am in arrears, this affecting my credit rating i am trying to buy a car and this is blocking me. i have emailed them last year and they promised to sort it out but until today it is not sorted out. they are now not responding to my emails.

I had a rental contract with Planet42 then I cancelled after 6months which my contract allows me, paid up letter was forwarded to me on 02 April 2024 which confirmed that my account is fully settled and the balance is nil. When I was checking my credit score it shows that I have arrears with Planet42 and the account was not closed. This is badly affecting my credit score, iam very devastated, how do I owe a company when I paid fully and received paid up letter?

I am very frustrated as this thing is affecting my credit score
I was selling Avon products, it happened that I ordered and did not received my order, I was asked to do an affidavit which I did then they told me they will do an investigation, idid not get any response or what so ever, had received many call from layers instead demanding that I must pay money which Avon says I owe them.
