Here I am, an unsatisfied customer. Struggling with stress and anxiety because I cannot keep in contact with my pensioner mother. Why you might ask? Because sales and commission means more to Telkom than doing the right thing by their customers. I am a victim of the Telkom and Sell Direct duo. Sell direct called me and secured a black Friday deal. They told me there is issues with my order and I should call Telkom Telkom then told me that they do not accept orders from Sell Direct as they always cause issues. The lady on the phone then put through a separate order in my name. Fast forward a few days the Telkom device is delivered. Less than a week later Sell Direct delivers a device. I send the Sell Direct device back immediately and received a note of collection. Fast forward to January 2026 im being charged R16,000.00 my account is suspended I cannot make calls or use normal data and this is after they deducted a payment from me on the 5th of January 2026. I tried logging a complaint but their email address does not exist. I sent them an Instagram message but they can't assist me I sent a request for them to call me but I haven't received a call I went in store to log a dispute but there's only so much they can do in store. I have sent an email to the ICASA and am awaiting feedback. I felt it fitting to post on Hello Peter as well. I refuse to stand by and let them abuse me as a customer like this. 3 consecutive months of problems and I must just smile and suffer? I don't think so. I will be taking this further.
As a wife of someone who works for this horrible company I'm sad to say that it cannot go on like this. My husband has almost been in an accident 3 times because he is falling asleep behind the wheel on the way home from 12 hour shifts with only 2 people working ! There is no structure. People gets called from their leave to come into work because they are under staffed. Honestly there is so much bull**** going on at this company and I have to ask HOW MUCH LONGER UNTIL WE LOSE THE PEOPLE WE LOVE TO THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
The current director for the Eon Next dept at Sigma Connected Retreat site is like the devil reincarnated. She has no way of speaking to people, does not listen to the concerns of her people, over works her staff and doesn't think twice about it. Shouts at agents and leaders on the floor so loud yet complains about background noises on the calls. Managers have escalated her as well as agents but nothing seems to change and there are clearly no consequences for her actions. Must be nice.
I signed up with The Unlimited in December 2023. Since then they have been debiting my account on the incorrect date leaving me in financial detriment. Each month I struggle to get to work because they wipe my account clean ! I called in each month so we on 6 calls by now for the years I even called my bank and they confirmed that the payment date is set by the unlimited. Customer service has not contacted me back. I logged a complaint and no one has contacted me back. This is a honest joke of a company and a complete waste of my time. I am so disgusted !
