Terrible customer service from shudu in customer care from when she answered the call i could tell her i dont care attitude, she kept telling me what is it i dont understand and is she making her self clear when i asked tk speak to tge supervisor she hang up on me
I am a very disappointed customer, i bought school shoes last year july n they have completely opened on the side make it difficult to wear i have trusted u guys with school shoes since both my kids started school which is just over 8 years but this quality is not upto standard. Below i have attached pictures of the bad quality usually the shoes last about to 2years before my kids out grow them i usually donate them because of the good quality im used to getting but this time im extremely disappointed and i look forward to hearing from u Been sending emails and no ome from customer service is getting back to me my child had to miss school today cause it was raining and couldn't wear those shoes in the rain
I ordered a wifi router on Sundays last week 1st of December, i then got a text from ccd couriers saying i must be ready for delivery someone would call me i have never received any call till this date. I called on Wednesday 4/12the lady said tgeir system wad down n she would call me back before end of business. No call I called again on Thursday 05/12 the lady said she was trying to allocate a driver she W ukd call me back. No call nothing I called again on Friday they told me they were waiting for rain to give them a go ahead but she would call me back. Guess what no call nothing I called again this morning and they guy put me on a long hold then hung up n didnt bother to call me back This is really unaccepted The staff at ccd are clueless of whats happening and very unprofessional
I went to standard bank atm in park station to withdraw some money. The mechine then swallowed my card cool there was a lady who works for standard bank when this was happening she was helping another customer active his card at the atm when she was done the security explained what had happened to me she just walked past him, i greeted her to ask for her assistance she just walked passed me without even hearing what i wanted to say then the security explained to the fedelity technicians what happened and they asked for my id and they wanted to see the card number from my app i showed them and they told me to call the branch to stop my card so i asked them y did they ask for my identification if they were not able to assist me i stood there for over 30 minutes ans no one could help me
