i booked an appointment online and it was confirmed for Sunday at 10am. When I arrive at 10am and tell them about my booking, they say I was booked for Saturday. Not to mention the poor customer from the lady sitting at the front who said “you were supposed to come yesterday you were booked yesterday”. I even had to show her a message between the person at Lychee that booked my appointment and she was still so rude, speaking with attitude and I could barely hear her. Very disappointed with the service
I purchased two iPhones that were part of the black Friday special on Makro Online. They confirmed the order. Then I was informed that the order would be delayed with no ETA. I kept calling the customer care centre and they told me they don't work at the store, they will escalate the Matter which they haven't done until today. I should have received the order by 27th of November 2024. I had to keep calling only to find out that the store is out of stock and they don't know when the supplier will deliver the cellphones. Why would they advertise the phones if they knew that they wouldn't have any stock. This is very disappointing and very frustrating. The customer care is also very rude and they keep promising to call back and email with an update but they never do. For such a big store, the customer service is extremely poor and so is the communication. WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING PURCHASING ANYTHING ON MAKRO ONLINE ESPECIALLY WITH THE BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS.
I purchased cellphones that were only available online on the Makro website on Monday evening, 25th of Nov 2024. I then received an SMS confirming my delivery and when I tracked my order on the website, it said that it would be delivered by Wednesday the 27th of Nov 2024. I then received an SMS in the AM's on Wednesday saying that there is a delay and they will keep in touch but they didn't say anything. I called the support center and they told me that they couldn't find it on their side and they would contact the courier service to confirm if they have received it, this was yesterday and no one got back to me with an answer on where my package is or what the delay could be. Then when I checked again today, they are still saying the same thing that they would check with the store and the courier service to check on their side and when I asked when they would call me back with an update, I didn't get a clear answer. They only told me when I called that the package takes 2 to 5 days to process, so why did it say that it would receive it by the 27th of Nov 2024 and then send me from pillar to post when I am trying to get an update. The website is also useless because when I try to track my order online, it is stuck on the fact that I would receive it yesterday. No indication of a delay or no indication of any progress. I am very disappointed and very frustrated with the service.
