Contacted Amobia about an internet issue at my business. They took long to respond. Eventually came. Then I waited 45 days for a quote. Now internet has been off for a week. And I'm trying to run a business.
Ordered product (Chocolate Fountain) from Makro 9 May 2022 #MAK3609392 . Promised 7-10 days delivery. Still not delivered nearly a month later. I do not want or need it anymore as I have already had the party for which I needed it. Just give me my money back as you are stealing from me !! Contacted Makro numerous times, issue has not been resolved. Pathetic service. Will not make use of Makro again under any circumstances.
Good day I had purchased a Defy Washing machine (Daw387 Steamcure) from Hirch's on the 27/07/2019. In the very first week of using it, my domestic told me that it didn't clean our clothes nicely, I had a look, and saw that she was very right. Therefore I contacted Hirchs immediately, who called Defy on my behalf. After a struggle and a few calls , a consultant (who wasn't overly friendly) eventually came to take a look. He was at my house for just a few minutes, said the pipe was connected incorrectly (which he then apparently fixed) and left in a hurry. I truly hoped that it would fix the problem, however I am terribly disappointed to say that it hasn't. I am only using the recommended OMO liquid laundry soap, not overloading my machine, using the recommended wash cycles, and my clothes come out dirty. My whites wash for nearly 4 hours - what a huge amount of electricity and energy. But if only it came out clean after nearly 4 hours. However week after week my whites are looking worse as the machine is not cleaning it. My kids can't wear their golf clothes and school shirts anymore they look so disgusting. I used to wash my whites on a 2 hour cycle only in my previous Samsung machine and they came out beautifully clean every time. As for our jeans, I used to wash them only on quick wash (28 mins) in my Samsung, and they always came out clean. Now, after a 2h44min cycle they are still dirty !!!!!! I am at my wits end. My 10 yr old Samsung unfortunately broke, so I decided to get a new, R7400 Defy instead. What a big mistake, I so wish I had rather had my old machine repaired. Would have saved myself trouble and a lot of money!! Please do Not buy Defy. I had told Defy in the very first week that I didn't want a machine that doesn't clean my clothes. I think R7400 is a lot of money to waste on a machine that doesn't work. But they do not care!!!! Even Hirchs told me Defy's service is really bad. Wish I'd read the reviews on their service before buying and wasting my money.
