Got an Uber, paid in cash R462, the driver is a ***** who stole part of the money paid, because I received an email stating that I have an outstanding balance of R280. Sent emails to Uber for assistance and they told me that they wouldn't refund me because it's not in line with their policy. Absolutely pathetic and would not recommend Uber. Their drivers are ******* and so is their business. I will never use Uber or Uber eats ever again. Terrible thieving services.
Somerset Mall Simply Asia was the worst food I've ever experienced. Huge chunks of broccoli and cauliflower florets with little to no chicken pieces in the meal; it looked like chicken shavings. I couldn't take eating the meal; I honestly felt sick. I'm not a wasteful person, and I had to hold my breath while eating that meal, but for R481, it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't even feed a homeless person this food; it's an insult. The spring rolls were like ****tail spring rolls for the price I paid; it's extremely ridiculous. The noodles looked like Maggi 2-minute noodles, which I could have eaten instead of wasting my money on utter *******. We were three people, and we're not impressed at all.
I called to cancel my membership with Unity Health on the 28/05/2024 due to *********** agents who have insufficient product knowledge. Every agent gives different advice on a policy they should know, they're selling it and working with it daily. I spoke to a lady in the cancellations department who advised me that I'd be covered up until the 01/07/2024 and surprisingly I received an email on the 21/06/2024 advising me that my membership was cancelled on the 31/05/2024. I spoke to Nokuphila Zulu from Cubic Solutions on the 21/06/2024 who advised the call recordings would be pulled and listened too and feedback will be provided, to date I'm still waiting. I paid in advance for this membership and would like to be credited and refunded for the month that I was not covered as your agent in the cancellations department assured me a bunch of lies and it's just ********* business practice. For the fact that the company doesn't provide feedback, that's just pathetic.
