I took my brother and family to La Parada in Melrose Arch, it was 5 of us in total, the food was over priced, but I said let’s give them a chance, maybe the food will be good due to the large pricing, however to my surprise the food was terrible, the prawn pasta my girlfriend orders literally had 2 tiny pieces of prawns in the whole dish, the pizza were bland with less filling, the burgers barely had any sauce on them. Overall customer service was good however the food and pricing was terrible. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my worse enemy. R1700 later for terrible food.
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for Suzuki to activate my service plan, up to now no one is sending me the link, i call everyday and tell me they are sorting it out and stuff but 2 weeks is gone and nothing has been done, absolutely terrible service from Suzuki in Kyalami
Absolutely the worst Lifestyle estate I lived in, they charge you extra for everything, if there is a leak in the system we get charged extra for water, which is not even our fault cause we not even able to see any leak coming so how does our bill go so high , The water recovered charge has increased from R79.07 last month to R165.53. The electricity recovered charge has gone up from R243.24 last month to R748.78. The sewer recovered charge has increased from R654.09 to R704.45. I have been doing everything the same and it has jumped up so high. They tell us they are municipal increases however only a few people get charged extra while others don’t, we have a resident group chat and many people even indicated their bill has never gone up so much, we get charged for parking as a tenant, they lie to you at first about the rent, they do not tell you about the hidden costs until you sign your lease agreement, i would never recommend staying here. Our visitors also have to pay for parking which is very inconvenient. The system they have for tenants to enter the parking bay is terrible, if you not in under cover parking then you have wait long to actually enter the top parking cause they don’t have a system for residents and visitors/delivery service. When visitors come, you have to send each person a code instead of just 1 code for everyone like every other estate. They are very complicated compared to every other estate. The alarm goes off almost every night.
