Worst experience after being involved in a car accident on the 20 February the panic button did not work and the agents were nonchalant and the panel beaters are the worst they are still waiting for car parts till date. I had to beg for my vehicle to be collected and nothing has been done till date they are still waiting for car parts. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend 1st for women.
Terrible experience, I had an accident on the 20 February and I had to beg for my car to be collected from first help. I was told to ask my insurance to send an email which they did on the 27 February on Friday when they had already approved and they informed me they will only collect it on Monday the following week. I keep getting different turnaround times regarding the car parts. I called last week and yesterday and I was informed that it takes 3-5 days for them to get the parts and when I called today they extended the time frame to 7 days. It’s close to a month and nothing has been done I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
I just called in the personal loan collections, I kept being asked to hold and majority of the ladies I spoke to had no empathy whatsoever they were very unprofessional and one of them called Poppy made me hold so that the line can disconnect. I’m very disappointed in Nedbank personal loan employees they even went as far as laughing after I spoke to a gentleman who was able to assist me. Nedbank kindly look into this matter.
