I paid for an upgrade of my wifi router. I have yet to receive delivery. They are useless on calls, emails. No human wants to assist, they keep forwarding me to the next department which is as useless. I have paid for the service, but I'm yet to receive the router.
Terrible service. My order did not arrive, but they still charged me for it. When I try contacting the driver it doesn't go through.
Terrible. I rent one of their properties in Boston, Bellville. They are using unfair rental practices by making me pay extra for electricity for another tenant who doesn't pay rent at all.
Copper Club Tygervalley I work near the Copper Club in Tygervalley. I recently passed by to walk to my office. There were two waiters sitting outside having their lunch. One of them cat called me. I did not appreciate this behavior and found it to be extremely disrespectful especially considering the climate of this country. I would not recommend this restaurant if that is the type of treatment one can expect from the staff. I would not bring any loved ones to be subject to this experience.
The most ********** customer service at the PEP store in Middestad mall. I wanted to do a Paxi delivery. The cashier just left me there. No one else was willing to assist me. I asked 3 times if I could please get assistance. Eventually when the same person does return. She has the biggest attitude, extremely rude. I would 100% not recommend to anyone.
Terribly organized. Took me an hour to find my tog bag after completing my race. No one could assist me, not the staff. The security was even more lost. Terrible experience.
I went to the Pick n Pay in Boston/Bellville. I experienced such terrible customer service. The cashiers were extremely rude and patronizing. I was asking for assistance with registering for a smart shopper and they were very dismissive and couldn't be bothered.
