Unsafe Baby Equipment
Poor business ethics, Scam... we have tried since March 2020 to get help with this car baby chair, the components are made with such bad materials, the IsoFix is broken, the swivel mechanism is broken, for the price of this chair it feels like the biggest scam. I have contacted Dean Hall but nothing has come of it, just fake promises, they selling safety equipment for babies that is not safe, heaven forbid... this is total rubbish, wish they could come pick this chair up and give a refund, not even interested in repairs.

Fedhealth is absolutely PATHETIC
Fedhealth is absolutely PATHETIC!!!! I've been with fedhealth my whole life, it worked because I've always paid my installments but now when you need them, they no where to be found, multiple emails and phone calls, no one gets back to you. Got pre authorised for my childs birth, now they emailed me saying they paying only R150 towards the R17500 I paid. YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC!!!! I cant wait to sort this out and move my medical aid elsewhere. This has been 8 months of hell with fedhealth, I chose flexifed 3 option as it covers 10 midwife consultations, they haven't refunded me for 1, full of excuses and empty promises, every consultant has a different answer, they are all miss informed, I've requested multiple times for the recorded conversations and they holding it back because they know I have a case, my advice is everytime you call this pathetic company you record your own conversation. I dont want apologies fedhealth, I want my money back for my childs birth so I can move to another medical aid.

Best service I've ever had.
Afrihost is the best, not only the best prices but THE BEST SERVICE you will ever experience... if you trying to decide which fibre to go with,,, CHOOSE AFRIHOST. I am quite picky and jump to the opportunity to criticise a service/product I pay for if it's not satisfactory but Afrihost is on the ball. I have a query on a public holiday, send an email at 20:00 and get a reply within 15min. Afrihost BEST PRICE AND BEST SERVICE. I don't know if this reaches many channels but I spoke with Lebogang from their technical department (best most well spoken guy) and Zano on email support tickets. Thanks guys, this is why I'm so happy I cancelled my previous service and moved to Afrihost.
