Poor customer service
I transacted at a store the money went out of my card but declined on the store side. I called customer service ,they told me to send a slip to Authorisation department via email which I did , thereafter. I went to the Northgate branch where I was told that the transaction had went through. However the store sent me correspondence from their store telling me it hadn't gone through. I have been waiting for response from the Authorisation team but nothing is being done. I have just moved to absa this is one of my 1st transactions and already experiencing this. Stay away from this bogus bank I am closing the account soon as my issue is resolved .

Goldwagen Witkoppen ( Worst service)
I paid using my card, the machine declined but the transaction went through, they refused to go assist me , I went to the bank came back with a stamped formal document , the supervisor Brendon Venter and Sabelo sales person insunuated that I'm trying to perform *****ulent transactions, thereafter they further **** to me that the head office finance team is dealing with it however when I called head office they told me that there is no complaint of such. They are so unprofessional and ****s of note.

BAD BAD SERVICE
I had a vehicle failure upon purchase still the vehicle is falling apart , I was told to shut the F up and stop behaving like a ****** when I filed a complaint. The after sales guy Juan is arrogant and called me a ****** in my face and told me to get my car and F off.

Worst Dealership Ever !!!!!!
This has to be the worst service we have ever got, Bought a vehicle which the engine got damaged waited for a month to get the vehicle fixed , during the duration, we got ignored , now the vehicle is fixed but not licensed they took the vehicle for licensing , I called for the license disc now they telling me that the license disc isn't ordered after the sales person : William told me that the license disc will be renewed. The past two months have been miserable with this purchase. They don't care about anyone after sales . The is a guy by the name of Juan who never takes calls , very rude. If you are thinking of buying a car there ,think twice you will regret !!!!!!!
