My shipment scheduled for collection under Waybill FZFF8J was never collected, despite the fact that I paid extra for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. No one contacted me. No call was made. No collection attempt occurred. The only reasonable conclusion is that the driver assigned to this job chose not to do it, likely for their own convenience. This failure occurred entirely at my expense. This is unprofessional, *********, and unacceptable. A service that was paid for in full was not delivered, my order was cancelled as a direct result of your failure, and I have not been reimbursed the money owed to me. This is not a minor inconvenience. The situation shows clear negligence and a complete lack of accountability. Someone made a conscious decision not to do their job, and that person must be held responsible. The driver assigned to this collection should be formally reprimanded and face consequences. Allowing this behaviour to go unchecked is unacceptable. I am demanding one of the following, immediately: A full refund issued without delay, so I can use a competent courier service, OR Collection of the parcel tomorrow (24th December 2025) with delivery completed on or before the 25th, exactly as I paid for. I do not accept excuses regarding holidays, staffing, or inconvenience. Whether someone needs to work on Christmas is irrelevant, this is the service I paid for. If the cancellation was caused by a lazy or *********** driver, then that individual should be the one bearing the consequences, not me. I expect immediate action and confirmation.

Despite requesting a timeslot hold, it was given away without notice. The staff member responsible still has not owned up to the mistake or offered an apology, this remains a significant issue. However, the actual event execution was top-notch. The on-site team delivering the experience was professional, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to ensure the kids had an exceptional day. Why I’ve revised my rating to 4 stars: The end result, the event itself, was excellent and truly made the day special for our son. The ground team deserves full credit. But the lack of accountability in the initial stages is unacceptable, and Battlefield Live SA still needs to strengthen its communication and booking process.
My wife reached out to Battlefield Live SA to reserve a booking for our son’s 11th birthday party. In her third response, she specifically asked them to hold the timeslot until she confirmed final details. The communication went back and forth, and only one hour later, when she asked for payment instructions to secure the booking, she was informed that the slot had been given away. This was extremely misleading. She was led to believe the timeslot was still available, and by then, she had already informed other parents and started planning around the new arrangement. Instead of owning up to the mistake or offering a genuine solution, she was simply told to book another slot, as if nothing had happened. This careless and dishonest handling has left our son sad and disappointed, while also throwing our arrangements into chaos. Rather than showing accountability and understanding, the company showed no regard for the impact their actions had, prioritising another sale over customer trust. This experience was unprofessional, irresponsible, and utterly unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to think twice before relying on their promises for an important event. We chose this company based on the good reviews, but sadly it seems they care far more about squeezing in another sale than honouring their word or treating customers with integrity.

Had a card dispute after being ****med. I acted immediately—cancelled my card and filed a case with the so-called *Group Financial Crime, Forensics & Security* department. After **four months** of absolute silence, their response? *Contact the merchant yourself and claim the funds before we can investigate.* Four months later, that's what they have to say. To make it worse, I filed a complaint with their internal complaints department, and they **cancelled it** because they had "responded"—again, **FOUR MONTHS LATER**. This is beyond incompetence; it's outright negligence. How has business fallen to such a low that this is considered acceptable? How far have we sunk that clients are treated with such disregard? I tried to resolve this privately, directly with Nedbank, but their so-called professionals have made it clear—that Nedbank does not care about its patrons. They only care about the money they can squeeze out of you. There should be **some** level of service, even if only to offset their greed. But this? This is **outrageous and unacceptable**. At this point, I urge everyone—**steer clear of Nedbank**. Do **not** invest in this lazy, useless institution. Your money is **not** safe with them. They do **not** care about you, despite their false claims.
I recently bought a device from this company and discovered it was defective. When I contacted their support for assistance, they refused to help, leaving me with a non-functional product right out of the box. The battery of the sealed rechargeable unit drains within minutes, even without using the device's functions. Not only does this company sell faulty products, but their post-purchase service is also terrible. They simply dismissed my concerns and effectively told me it was my problem.
