Poor Service at MTN store Boardwalk Mall Richards Bay by Lady name Collen(indian)consultant I visited the store 04 March 2025 to get assisted with migration(downgrade) on my since im no longer working…the lady told me Mtn system is down so i wont be able to get assisted with”attitude” she doesnt seem to care, i asked when will the system be back up…she said she doesnt know, im must call 135 for assistance they will assist me online, told her i didnt get help online they said i should come here… she kept insisting that should call them they would assist me… i told her that i didnt like the way she spoke to me and i spent three hundred rand R300 taxi fare to migrate.. she seems not bothered I left on my way out tried to call Mtn, they told that they cant help me i should go back to a store for assistance.. im here helpless, i cant go back to store coz it far and i dont have R300 taxi fare I am writing this email to bring this matter to your attention and to express my disappointment with the service provided at the mentioned MTN store. I trust that MTN values its customers and strives to deliver a high standard of service. I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
Been ****** my provident fund, Mcubed made a payment of R1160 in my account thursday 23/01/2025….I app**** and submitted all documents 17 September 2024 waited all these months only to recieve such peanuts… been employed at Jock Morrison for 7 years… I didnt even buy clothes for christmas for my kids and struggles to pay school fees and uniform coz ve been waiting for you to make payment… now its this what are you expecting to do R1160 huh I need a full explanation to this coz this is not the money that i expected or get this fixed tomorrrow otherwise will involve court… I worked at Jock morrison for 7 years.. no ways!!! TAKE THAT UNAUTHORIZED DEBICHECK OFF MY NAME. I NEVER TOOK YOUR LOAN !!! I did a quote with them on the 29th December and didn't proceed with the quote I was given. Never sent them any payslips/bank statements of anything like that. This morning I wake up to an SMS from my bank stating that "The mandate has been authorised" for the first debit to be taken on 15 January 2025. I have told them before I don't want to proceed and they have been calling me at least 3 times a day...EVERYDAY since I took that quote. If that mandate is not removed from my account I am going to take legal action against them!!! How can the debicheck by authorized without my knowledge? Why was one placed on my account a whole month after I told them that I am not going to proceed with the loan. I need answers immediately!!!! I am not f******* happy at all. Mtn handed my account to attorney after they failed to deduct the amount of R428 for a cellphone contract and suspended sim card without my knowledge… and first month wasnt aware that they didnt deduct, second month i noticed they didnt debit their money … On May 15th i Phoned Mtn call centre for follow up and we made payment arrangement, i did paid via EFT of R920 for Apríl and May Payment were not allocated and updated by collection deparťment, Mid June i followed up was told that i didnt pay and my account is still owing and its already handed to attorney…i then sent an email to collection department all together with proof of payment but still not getting help…been calling Mtn and Attorneys they are not helping. Its been a week now, sim is suspended.. my account is arrears and this is ruining my credit profile
