Bad service
M cubed has poor service ,they told me to wait 2 weeks for my money..it's past two weeks already and they never called me back ,they don't reply to my emails on time..please if I don't get my money today I will take this matter on higher level

Bad service

First interaction no one avail to assist with app query
First interaction no one avail to assist with app query.2 hours later all on lunch.which business does this .i refused to drop the call I was helped immediately. I then logged a withdrawal from the pension fund .no communication whatsoever..upon follow up 4 days later it was confirmed to take about 3 weeks . I constantly followed up with one person dealing with my request. End of Feb financial block so no.payouts . 3rd March yes block is over but now an IT issue and the process has to start again.Took IT a week to fix.(..cause no one actually cares in this company)Called on Monday..cause out of 10 calls I made I received 2 with feedback and was told tax directive received now it's just for payment . So now I asked for this to be prioritized and if not i need senior management involved. Still no.payment and I have to wait a day to get a senior person.how ridiculous is this company and do they even know what is priority and good customer service. They act like this is their money with the worst service.

Been ****** my provident fund, Mcubed made a payment of R1160 in my account thursday 23/01/2025….I app**** and submitted all documents 17 September 2024 waited all these months only to recieve such peanuts… been employed at Jock Morrison for 7 years… I didnt even buy clothes for christmas for my kids and struggles to pay school fees and uniform coz ve been waiting for you to make payment… now its this what are you expecting to do R1160 huh I need a full explanation to this coz this is not the money that i expected or get this fixed tomorrrow otherwise will involve court… I worked at Jock morrison for 7 years.. no ways!!! I need my money i have worked and sweated for all these years My numbers: +27 (78) 070-5651 contact me as soon as you recieve this..

No Feedback - Long and Dragging Process That Inconvenience Their Client's
For an FSP that is handling employees finances/investments you are sure acting like the rest of the ****mers out there. Where there is a middle man there are always problems who is Deton Paraplanner? Your service is shocking the arrogance is on another level. I will let the people i used to work with know how long and dragging your processes are and the question would be who wants to deal with such an organisation they really need to think twice. No customer service what so ever. Instead you act like you are doing a person a favor sorry to disappoint you that is not your investment money to keep you only act on the client's behalf and interest so it would be wise to have processes that are efficient.

Good service cannot be kept under the table
I had a good service from them regarding a section 15 ssue that took ook my old company forever to solve. After I have resigned, it was left to me to handle. So I contacted mcubed and got the CRM Assist lady Sammy Mungandani who was very helpful making sure my transfer was completed. She called to let me know about how far things got, and also called after the completion. Give that lady a raise, she was very professional and kind.

Dinah is amazing
Dinah is an absolute gem! She is customer service personified . If you don’t understand she will call you and give you clarity . She is efficient and amazing. TARRYN was also very kind and made you understand why certain things are done..

Do not invest
They are the worst investors. I've watched my funds decrease by more than 5% in 2 weeks with 0% growth in 3 months(this includes my monthly contributions). I'm withdrawing all my funds and you should too. I'm being robbed of my money and I am considering legal action.

Mcubed, never again!
Think twice before using Mcubed, quick to take your money, but when the time comes that they need to help you, DONT bank on it. they will drag their feet for as long as the want to! Stay clear!
