For an FSP that is handling employees finances/investments you are sure acting like the rest of the ****mers out there. Where there is a middle man there are always problems who is Deton Paraplanner? Your service is shocking the arrogance is on another level. I will let the people i used to work with know how long and dragging your processes are and the question would be who wants to deal with such an organisation they really need to think twice. No customer service what so ever. Instead you act like you are doing a person a favor sorry to disappoint you that is not your investment money to keep you only act on the client's behalf and interest so it would be wise to have processes that are efficient.
Good day Discovery, Please see attached proof of payment. please urgently send me a paid up letter. My premiums were deducted via my previous employer. I have noted this in the past that it is them that needed to sort this payment issue out. Discovery did not even consider taking this matter up with them. I do acknowledge the email sent on the 15 of August 2023 which was sitting on my spam emails notifying me that my account was going to be listed with TransUnion. I need proof that you have attempted to query the above with my previous employer. As your client, I haven't been treated fairly and will surely never use your services again in the near future. To whom it may concern. I am off the opinion that my summative was not marked it is highly impossible for me to obtain 48% twice for the same module.
