They refusing to refund me. The classes started on the 14th, and I submitted a refund request on the 12th (3days after the study material was released) It took AIE 2-3 weeks to get back to me (only after I made a post on Hellopeter). They say that they cannot refund me if it’s after the 2-week cooldown period. They also wanted to give me prerecorded classes when I paid for interactive lessons. The textbooks are full of mistakes and there is no alternative study material available. They do not help the students at all. They ignore my requested for assistance related to the subject matter. They are ****ming the students. The last semester was so bad that nobody from the previous semester (except me) enrolled this year. DO NOT STUDY HERE. GO ELSEWHERE.
Stole my money. I asked for a refund 3 days after they subject was released. It took AIE 3 weeks to get back to me. They refused to refund me because my request exceeded the 2week period.
They ignore the students. Especially the part time students. I am still waiting for a response on several "tickets" I submitted almost 2 weeks ago. it is the worst service you will ever get. to the point it will make you regret joining AIE. My honest opinion: DO NOT STUDY HERE. They just want your money. I have asked for a refund because the service is so bad, and they literally ignore you. Next step is submitting a complaint with the small claims court and DHET.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself. Do not enrol at AIE. You will not get what you paid for. The classes are non-existent as a hour class is reduced into a incoherent 10min ramble. I’ve had 4 different lecturers teach one subject over a period of 6 lessons. The study material is littered with mistakes and if you ask for help to make sense of what is going on, no help is given. There is no student support at all. I mean nothing. The support team doesn’t understand a single thing when it comes to the actual course materials. The lecturers will make mistakes when marking exams and they do not fix it afterwards. They literally do not know what they are doing and have zero supervision. I have studied before, and I attempted to do an additional diploma through AIE. I wasted my time and money. I am warning anyone out there, you are better off with a different institution.
They are the worst investors. I've watched my funds decrease by more than 5% in 2 weeks with 0% growth in 3 months(this includes my monthly contributions). I'm withdrawing all my funds and you should too. I'm being robbed of my money and I am considering legal action.
They forcefully block my Onlyfans transactions. Who gives them the right to block who I give and receive money from. this should be illegal. they ***** the clients over like this.
I recently purchased a Dishwasher on Takealot(from their own warehouse). For some reason I paid double the surcharge amount for delivery, however they did deliver the appliance on Sunday. Monday after work I used it for the first time and it almost blew up my distribution board. At this stage I was already quite annoyed. I then requested a collection/replacement and specifically asked that the collection team phone me a hour before they arrive as I need to leave work and drive back home to open up. (the dishwasher is to big to pack up in the back of my car). they did not call me. I have to drive 50km from my office and I wasted 3 hours of my work day waiting for the collection team (. they collected the appliance less than 3 days after I received it) Now I'm upset. I then engage with Takealot regarding the replacement. I have explained to them that I need a replacement, not a refund or credit and that they can only deliver after work hours and over weekends, I also asked them why I had to pay double the surcharge? They responded with the return policy link. I tried to explain that I have no problem with the return policies, I just want confirmation that I will receive the replacement after 5pm or over weekends. Takealot has since then ignored me and I haven't had any feedback on any of the questions and requests I made nor did I receive my replacement .
I have submitted several requests to get a fridge repaired that is less than a year old. I get responses telling me they will get back to me but nothing. My first request was 11 months ago. It's been a month since my last request and I was told they will get back to me. But nevertheless I get 50 spam emails from them every day. I have never felt so cheated in my life. Absolutely the worst service ever.
