My Capitec acc was reported by standard bank due to a complaint by one of their clients issue was resolved client gave standard bank the affidavid to close the case yet case has not been closed they not even helping their own client to close the case
I ordered a part a radiator for my mg 6 I was told 3 to 4 weeks it is now 6 weeks I was told if Im not happy I could get a refund but I asked and gave banking details and I'm being ignored and the guy gives me attitude
Absolutely dissapointed with absa bank and their staff namely khumo sebeka from the ***** team on receiving a complaint from their client they instructed my bank Nedbank to place my account on hold now when the issue has been resolved and they have recieved the necessary affidavids from their client to withdraw the complaint has issues has been resolved they are not doing so and not informing Nedbank
My account has been suspended yesterday due to instruction recieved by Nedbank due to alleged ***** nobody contacted me I had to contact yourl I had to do my own research and find the complainant ..issue has been resolved and complainant bank Nedbank has closed the complaint yet bidvest did not unblock my account
Nedbank blocked my account and 3 days later they still don't know why and no investigator name can be provided upon my own research I found the fault issues have been resolved with the complainant complainants banks have already closed complaints but Nedbank still hasn't assisted me as their client ..I'm still sleeping in my car in the middle of nowhere waiting for Nedbank to resolve contact me urgently on 0786971792
My account was blocked by standard bank 3 months ago I have made calls and sent numerous emails and not even a response to date
