On 25th May I purchases 3 vacuum packed Porter House Steaks from Checkers Brackenhurst. Last night I took them out to cook dinner for the family. They were green from rot, kitchen stinks and had to arrange takeaways. This is not the first time and going back to the store for a refund is nonesense. It costs more in money and time to go back to the store than the actual price of premium steaks. How can people trust going to their local supermarket when there is no quality control. Maybe time for a change!!!!
I needed to buy grey Roman roof tiles. The sales lady at the New Market store said there was no stock of Grey but she had Terracotta. I bought the terracotta tiles on my business card and went to the loading area. When I was there they had no stock and only had red. I then had to return back to the store where I was told by a different salesman that there was no stock at all. After arguing about how they could sell me something that there is no stock of I had to go to another checkout point and do the whole refund process and they changed it to red tiles. Then they requested I had to pay a R5 difference which unfortunately don't carry cash on person and refused to swipe my card. Another customer actually gave me R5 to complete my purchase. This took 30 minutes out of my day which is completely unnecessary. Not impressed with Builders New Market.
I am unemployed, spent hours trying to speak to the right consultant. They advised me to send through all my paperwork and statements so I can downgrade to Keycare plan. Its been three months, no feedback and no downgrade.
I am extremely disappointed in I-Store. I have been a customer for over 10 years with my kids, my wife and myself only using the iphone brand. I have been in I-Store The Glen 7 times since the beginning of September to get the 16 Promax 256G white titanium. They never have stock, they have put me on lists, they have promised feedback and still cannot get an answer of when I can expect the phone. No one can give me an answer and for a phone that was released 2 months ago I find it pathetic that no one can either find me stock or give me a date/order for when I can expect one. Maybe its time to enquire about a different brand.......
I need assistance with my business banking profile. Every time I phone I get transfered. Then I have been given 3 seperate numbers to phone. Each time I get through I get transfered from agent to agent untill someone cuts my call. This is disgusting service from FNB. Time to change
I signed up for DSTV stream for the Rugby World Cup for August/October 2023. I then cancelled the services in Oct/Nov as it was month to month. They continued to debit my Card with R699.00 which I then phoned and cancelled for a second time. I then contacted them again in June 2024 and esculated it with Reference number: 103648088 and was told my query will be dealt with in 24 Hours. Its now 3 weeks later and after phoning 6 times, one call being placed on hold for 1 Hour 20 minutes, I am still being debited and DSTV has done nothing, Disgusting service and a bunch of theieves, would like to take this further.
