I was very disappointed to wake up this morning and find that my Sage Payroll account had been blocked due to non-payment—despite the fact that all outstanding amounts were settled on 04 February 2025. Unfortunately, this happened at the worst possible time: right at the end/beginning of the month and on a public holiday, meaning I’m now unable to get anything done.
I recently placed an order on this website last Thursday, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive any communication from them. Despite sending multiple emails, I have been met with complete silence. It's crucial to exercise caution when considering a purchase from this site, as their lack of customer service and responsiveness raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.
I am a FNB Business Account holder and want to apply for a petrol card. I've filled out an online form for FNB to get back to me. I've gone into the bank and they've promised to call me back. I've called at least 3 times and my call keeps getting cut. No one is returning my calls. I'm really not sure what to do next.
I've gone to Ocean Basket (Brooklyn) a few times now and I must say their service is always top notch and the food always tasty. Staff are always friendly.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Half our order didn't arrive. The soup leaked onto the spring rolls making it all soggy. Tried sorting it out on the phone but recieved empty promises. I'm really disappointed in the service.
I've applied for a Luno Business account in the beginning of April 2021. I've collected all the documentation they required and sent it through. I received an email saying that they may take up to two weeks to process my application due to "currently experiencing high volumes of Luno Business account applications and have a backlog to attend to." It's been 6 weeks now and I haven't heard anything back from them. When I email they keep sending me the same response that it will take another 2 weeks.
Terrible service. I've been trying to arrange international delivery of my premier credit card for two weeks now. I've been given two email addresses to send my request to but have received no reply from either. I've been told over the phone that someone will call me but no one has called. Secure chat is honestly pathetic. I waited 4 hours to be helped today just to be disconnected and then the next online banker on secure chat just wants to forward the problem to someone else. I'm sitting in Thailand with an expired credit card and unable to return home for the next few months and FNB does not assist.
