Bad service
Xmas Eve I was at nkomo village(atteridgeville) staff seemed irritable, they tried turning me back like "potatoes need peeling" etc. Said i would wait as i could see they just want me to leave, waited for an hour while it was only 2 0f us there as they managed to make others leave. Not friendly at all, they were so irritable

Bad Education System
Department of Education in Pretoria is not helpful and is inconsiderate. Schools don't want to register Grade 10 learner from late last year till.to date.Pretoria Secondary School been sent from pillar to post. Went to the district on Monday 13th was turned back, was told they went to some places like Sunnyside, went to Phelindaba and other schools in atterudgevillle which was turned at the gate.went to leaners centre where district people were there. Was turned back some got the forma it was full they were not managing or able to work kept shouting.went again on Tuesday this time I got the registration form which they saying it takes 10 days to get respond and it might even take longer than that. I am supposed to go back to work how do I go to work while my grade 10 child does not have school. Wish the department could place children to school and on time. We need to buy uniform and stationery and the children need to start learing before being left behind. Will they be able to teach them when they come later.

FONEYAM CELLPHONE
I have bought a cell phone through FONEYAM that operates in Pep store. Well I had calculated my premiums which I realized then that is weight too much however I did not mind that as I was taking a phone on credit but to my surprise today when I learn that I am renting a phone, had this phone since February( 5 months). According to me and the way it was explained it was that phone is mine after 12 months which makes sense cause of the money am paying monthly. So how do I return or buy it again after I have finished paying. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED.this is daylight *******. Wish they wouldn't operate in Pep and Ackermans love and trust those stores,they will tarnish their reputation
