Is there a reason why my fiber installation can never be completed? I have been calling Vuma, Mweb, and you guys repeatedly, and yet I get no answers. I was told two different times about the installation, and when I finally got hold of Vuma, I was told it would be done at half past two today. Why is there such a complete lack of communication? I honestly don’t understand why your technicians can just show up and schedule installations whenever it suits them, completely ignoring the time that works for me. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
Honestly, no words since the 27th of November 2025. We are still in 2026 and still don't have fiber. They schedule days and don't come on those days. Honestly, I paid and I expect a service
If there was a negative option I would give that, Refilwe was one of the agents in Customercare that was supposed to help I canceled the ups , I responded with please collect at this specific address i got no response now you want me to pay R700 - I am not please come and fetch your UPS like i requested your people **** and put there i didn't want to send the UPS please fix this and collect this service is really unsightly. How many times must I follow up and call for you guys to fix something you made a mistake with
