Not too bad, my extended warranty claim was rejected at first, but after the agent escalated the claim, it was finally approved and paid in full. The only thing I did not like was that my car had to stay overnight at the mechanic for a minor issue, which could have been solved in a day. Overall, I would give them 4.5/ out of 5
I canceled my insurance with ABSA last year November, it's been 4 months now but the still deduct money from my account. I can't reach them on the call. Really frustrating
I recently took my car in for a service, and before that, it had no noticeable noise or performance issues. The day after the service, I noticed a strange noise during start-up. When I took it back to the service center, they couldn’t identify the cause but wanted to charge me extra for addressing a problem that only began after they worked on my car.
I was testing my carwatch feature and I received a phonecall, and Dimakatso was very professional and helpful.
