TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
DISGRACEFUL! experience as ex- employee of First group management. A company that on onset of entering being exposed to an environment of rudeness and hostility .A company that doesn't know how to on- board and off board a candidate .A company that forced me into two roles for one salary .A company that set lies up against me .I'm glad I could assist clients from this company / however it would of been good to treat your employee with honesty and not ************** . An HR department that lies on behalf of the company in mistreating an employee .A company with no culture or respect of person .Senior management that doesn't want to take accountability for what has been done to employees . Managers that corporately bully staff if you are deemed no longer useful to the unfair treatment . I can only imagine how many ex- employees suffered this abuse . This company has no TRUTH to it's employees .

NYDA COMPLAINT
Since August the 8th and the whole of the month of July 2024 . We as the supposed youth felt that in SA we all are treated as equal and that we all have the freedom of speech .But sadly I have sent an email to this department with a dispute/ complaint about unfairness of a skills programme.this programme has favoured to advance BLACK ONLY candidates for a business funding. Since the emails have been sent no one has rep**** aside from the Soo called whistleblowers team that excluded themselves front the query as they rep**** and said, "They don't work for NYDA anymore "? So out of a class of. 60 individuals the only two coloured candidates are rejected funding and no one has rep**** or cares. It has been escalated to the presidency office as they are in charge of the department but still to no avail .it is told that we should base this at race ,but how does one explain the above .#colouredpeoplessocioeconomicissuesalsomatter

So I have a pay-me-now app advised to us by our HR. So in the app there is an option to choose a voucher to redeem at retail outlets .so I choose Shoprite voucher . I receive sms but none of these include a voucher reference number .it instructs you to download a shoprite app and register etc .so I do that and then I see my voucher there .I approach my closest Shoprite Montclair and I am told I now need an I'd to be assisted,hence which was not advertised whilst going through all this trouble to redeem this voucher .so I go back home for an I'd I come back and no one in the money market department can assist and redeem this voucher that was clearly in one agreement with the pay me now app. If it weren't so then they would not be an option ,so why there any expert in this department to assist in this matter. No one can assist I'm with 3 store senior stewards that don't know a thing. And no one takes into consideration my time and effort of up and down for a service to be in agreement with another entity and it is not advertised or instilled in the knowledge of their staff in its respective department. So now I feel used .because my service was not met and I'm inconvenienced and I signed up to apps and WhatsApp pages and agreed to newsletters and points cards via the app and I'm not assisted with what was advertised as an agreement between pay me now and Shoprite .I am highly annoyed .and very shocked at the level of lack of service for a whole Shoprite is disappointing .
