I have been a loyal Superbalist shopper for the past decade now, main reasons are for the amazing deals, quality, personal style, and probably the most important factor, the fact that I can get what I want at a flick of a button, and I don't have to use a ounce of energy, and I have to give it up for their courier department, the best I have ever dealt with, always, under promise, over deliver, and not to talk about return policies, well done! They can never make me hate you. You are like my own personal virtual mall.
I would like to say that Soet Cakes has the most beautiful cakes, literally for any occasion under the sun, and it comes with amazing customer service, well done Soet Cakes.
I have tried multiples times via email, only because that is the only way to make contact, to try to cancel my outdated contract phone account. The service (customercare@mtn.co.za) has been extremely poor overall, to such a point where I never want to own a contract phone ever again. It is just to stressful, expensive, and such a waste of time. It is to a point where the account has been handed over to (CIM_Legal@mtn.com), and I have heard nothing from them at all on my request to settle this matter. This is placing a bad light on my credit profile, and I would like to just sort it out @MTN.
