I'm subscribed to Showmax, but it's been days failing to watch anything. I've done everything. I've reset my phone, the app itself, and still nothing. This is absurd because I'm paying.
FNB's system is useless. I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to unblock the hold on my account, but no help. They keep telling me about being transferred to the relevant department which is not happening. I'm disappointed, I think I should change the bank.
I have been requesting for assistance regarding funds that were reversed, but still nothing. This imcompetency is really unbearable
I app**** for a personal loan with African Bank on the 20th of July 2024. On Monday the 22nd, I received a notification that the funds have been paid. However, the funds were reversed without any reason. When I log into the app, it shows that I am owning an amount I never received.
