This company, through iStore Insure, has failed to process my claim, I have requested that they cancel my insurance and they are refusing to do so as they continue to debit money from my account for a phone that is lost.

Unhappy and dissatisfied
I would not advice using this insurance offered by TFG. I bought an Apple iPhone 11 in October 2023 for R10 500 and I lost it in June 2024. I submitted a claim and I wanted to purchase the same iPhone 11, the iPhone now retails for R11 999 at the same store and I wanted to top up, I was then told that it was not allowed and had to choose a different phone that was the same amount I had insured for. I then asked them to give me the cash where I could buy the same phone elsewhere and they said that too is not allowed. So, I would not recommend this insurance, I am going to move my insurance to Naked.
