VANESSA VANESSA IS A RUDE AND UNHELPFUL INDIVIDUAL AND THE COMPANY SHOULD REASSESS HER.
I WISH I COULD GIVE "VANESSA VANESSA" ABSOLUTE NO STARS. SHE IS A RUDE AND VERY ENTITLED PERSON WITH ABSOLUTE NO ASSISTANCE GIVEN. ON THE "WEBSITE CONTRACT" IT FIRST OF ALL STATES A LOAN WITHIN 72 HOURS, WELL WE ARE WAY PASSED THAT. THEY HAVE BEEN DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR TWO MONTHS NOW WITH NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. PATHETIC COMPANY WHO MAKES MONEY OUT OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE. THIS "LADY" IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CLEARY WAS NOT RAISED WELL OR HAVE FALLEN OFF THE BAND WAGON SOMEWHERE IN HER ADULTHOOD.

Absurd service at Alexander Forbes!!!!!!!
The only reason for me giving a star is to have my opinion heard. If I had it my way it would have been a 0.00. It has been over 3 months and all I get told is the end of July 2024. One response email from them acknowledges my exit date and the other one states they have issues wit their unit trust prices, which I told the lady with all due respect is not my problem. My mental health is taking a hell of a knock seeing I can't get my medication. My kids is still dependant on me. This is the most absurd service or shall I say lack of service I have ever received. And to top it all it is MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
