****s & *******, disgusting service.
Bought a Freedom Won battery & Solis inverter combo from Voltex online. Battery went into failure after just two weeks. I returned it to Voltex & they confirmed the battery has an issue. Now it's an uphill battle trying to get a refund with endless excuses & an indefinite wait. The best advice is, STAY FAR AWAY FROM VOLTEX & FREEDOM WON. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.
I've been a loyal customer for years due to the excellent service, prices, etc. That was until today when I was attended to by someone I haven't seen in the store previously & received ********** service. Doubt I will be returning.
Worst institution I have ever dealt with. Absolute lack of customer service. After numerous calls, mails & even escalation to their management still no assistance was provided, but endless empty promises were made by the college to address my issues (assignments remaining unmarked for months, among other issues). I finally received a partial refund after getting the Department of Higher Education involved. In the beginning before applying, I ignored the other reviews on hellopeter, which all stated what an atrocious college this is, I learnt the hard way not to ignore those warnings. Don't waste your time, or money going to this college or any other colleges part of the Educor group, study elsewhere.
It's close to a year & I'm still waiting for unabridged certificates from the Department of Home Affairs. After numerous calls I ALWAYS get the same response "We are still working on it". Does it really take you that long to prepare a document? It is absolutely unbelievable the level of 'service' we receive from them & most shocking is that nothing is being done about it. Complaining, asking for assistance/help/support, etc makes no difference whatsoever. I would be ashamed to work in such a place.
I've been having a technical issue with my ADSL/exchange since November last year & filed a complaint with Telkom in December 2017. It is now over a month later & after numerous calls to Telkom & an escalation being raised on 6 January 2018 (which apparently supposed to prioritize the issue) & physically going to Telkom to complain I am still awaiting a technician to come to my premises or at a minimum get a courtesy call with an update. Yet, I am still paying the full monthly fee for the "ADSL service" which I am not receiving & I am 100% sure that if I had to fault with the payment they will be calling/mailing, etc for the monies owed. Daily I receive calls from Telkom sales trying to sell me new services (cellphone contracts, data packages, etc) yet they cannot provide the services I am currently paying for. Absolutely unacceptable.
