The service was great. My debit order was successfully postponed by Nireen Naidoo @EraseDebtSA as I requested.
One of the most *******ed and unreliable tracking company. I so much regret signing-up with them.
My point of view remains unchanged. This method is careful with word choice; nonetheless, it does not prevent me from saying what I need to convey. I am pleading with FNB to transfer my money to another bank since I have committed "*****". I won't have to explain myself all over again to the ***** department. I have already signed the papers to return the money to the luckiest and most honest person I have ever met.
At this moment, I would like to extend my deepest disappointment with FNB. I found out that my account was frozen on 2 August 2024 at a branch for ***** without receiving any message from the ***** department. As I reached out to my private banker; she was also surprised about why my account was Frozen and not having received a notification. The word ***** alone....
