Netflorist ruined Mother's Day I ordered flowers for mother's day and they sent me dead flowers, I couldn't give my mom those flowers and when I ask for refund they say that the flowers look fine in their eyes, I do not want to speak about the amount of airtime I wasted just trying to get assistance. I do not recommend anyone to buy flowers from this place, saying they are the worst does not even cut it. They are trying everything in their power to m make sure I do not get my money back.
I bought a mirror online and I had a discount, on the day of collection at decofurn in Boksburg I decided I wanted a different colour. The process of just exchanging the item took me 3 hours and I am not exaggerating, it took that much time and on top of that they decided that I need to buy the mirror using the original price (basically they not considering the discount). I have never heard of that in my life I am very disappointed. I definitely WILL NOT be buying from them ever again.
Giving aramex 1 star because there isn't a 0 star. How does a company give two different drivers a package that is going to the same person? I got my first delivery and I was told the next driver would arrive before 6pm, I waited until 6pm for my delivery but the driver did not show, what infuriated me the most is him lying and saying that he tried to call me but did not find me, sir???? Aramex please do better!!!
