Shocking fault resolution.Attempt to push blame to Octotel.No resolution of problems
The manner in which Mr Willem Kloppers handled and resolved my complaint was exactly what I had come to expect from kloppers over years.Thank you all.
I purchased a king size mattress last year.The mattress has sagged making it extremely uncomfortable.I contacted Pieter in the bed department who acknowledged the mattress was under a year old and that my complaint should e adressed.Kloppers put me in conract with Tracy from Sealy who was very slow and totally unhelpful.Said it was my problem.I contacted Pieter from Kloppers twice.He undertook to resolve.More than two weeks and no contact.Shocking service.I purchased the mattress from Kloppers and expect them to resolve this.The cost of the mattress was around R14,000.My previous experience has always been good but thus is the first time i have purcgased a bed.Perhaps its bed division is not up to srandard
Unreliable service. Have ben having problems with connectivity, no internet for weeks.Every call logged results in same solution being put forward.But the solution is not a solution because the fault reoccurs.Refuse to send a technician.Very dissatisfied with an expensive service.R970 pm.
