Game Welkom Toronto street
Worst customer service ever … I called them today asking them if I can pay my remaining balance without a receipt, and I informe them that I have receipt picture on my phone and they said I can pay … when I get there guess what ! I was treated like a piece of ******* by this other two ladies . I was treated like I’m nothing in from of people. I went the receptionist to tell her I forgot my receipt but I do have pictures… she was like go to the Cashier to pay I can’t help you . With arrogance when I go to the Cashier No smile , No hello . And I explain that the receptionist lady said I must make a payment from her , she was like go to her not me . I can’t help you without even looking the picture of the receipt… after waiting for 30 minutes!!!!! I then went to this another lady at the lottery she helped me , without even complaining she was so kind for me . I hate Game i will never buy from that shop ever again !!!!

Good service
I registered through MANCOSA everything is going well. I haven’t started my classes yet. After reading reviews I’m now getting worried 🥲😯 I hope guys you will be professional 🤥 so far their service is excellent. Thank you for my student advisor Thandazile Njabulo Nontuthuko Gcwensa . She’s very professional I just hope she won’t change.

They don’t even deserve a single star . They deducted R379 without my permission I didn’t sign any contract with them to take my money . They even refused to give me my refund. I was always paying with cash . I have been asking them to remove my bank details into that stupid App , every customer has a right to get the refund, and that agent said they called all the customers to let them know they no longer pay with cash , when I tell him I didn’t get the call or email he said it was not his problem if I didn’t get it . This is the waste!!!!

One of the best customers service and fast delivery 🎈They sell best Natural products 😀 their herbs are affordable and organic. I was diagnosed with PCOS after buying the herbs from them I feel like a new person my hormones are now balanced 🌸
