****** broke into my property while the tenant was moving, curtains etc still hanging and some of his belongings still on the property. The property also has a separate granny flat with tenants. Coper water pipes ripped from the walls, taps ****** from bathrooms, doors and security gates broken. FNB refuse the claim because they state the property was vacant at the time and therefor decline the claim. First of all this happened during the day, even if the tenant was not moving out, this would not change the situation as no one was home. The property was not vacant as tenants still reside in the granny flat. It took three to four weeks to come to this point and FNB refuses to pay out. FOUR WEEKS to settle a claim? and then decline. ******!
This seems to be a **** website with no response or delivery.
I ordered a watch online on 27 November 2024 from the website. The website states 2 to 4 days delivery. Unfortunately it is now 10 Dec 2024 and still no delivery. I was only informed on 5 Dec 2024 after requesting an update on 4 Dec 2024 that they only received stock recently and that the order will be dispatched the following day. no tracking number can be provided. No further response, no contact number, and no further reply to e mails. To date still no watch. Very disappointed.
