It is not offen that you experience such professionalism. And consideration towards families that are mourning. As a Church Minister we have been using Morne @ We Care Funerals for the past few years now. And never have we recieved a bad complaint. Families are always highly satisfied with Morne help and professionalism in handling there funeral arrangements. The company is local but definitely 💯% professional. He works form our area in Bishop Lavis Cape Town. And is awalys close on hand to assist with your personal needs. Thank you Morne to you and your great staff that you have for rendering such a fantastic funeral service to our community.
What a fantastic place each area has its own pool. No overcrowding. It well maintained and clean resort. We spent our day there on Feb14th. Safe area for the children. Just needs to open a bit early as 10am is a late start to the day. Nestled well in between the mountains Gordon's Bay. Love the rural setting with in the city limits. Thank you for a perfect day will define returning in the summer. And definitely will recommend this place to others you can even host functions at the venue.
So as a family we spent my daughter's 1 year birthday at ****** Town Somerset West. We were there on the 8th of January and what an awesome experience. We rented out one of the VIP areas that had its own private pool which could easily accommodate Adults and Children. The area was clean an well kept . The pool area even comes with its own lifeguard who was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable about the place. The toilet facilities were clean and neat and easily accessible. Loved the little shop they had on site. Parking is easy. Even though some maintenance work was on ongoing this did not hamper our day. My grandkids could have access to there slides without extra cost and this excited them well. The ******s were a bit shy for the day, but when we left they came to say goodbye which also excited the little ones. Your VIP area could easily accommodate us as a group of 25. Thanks for an epic day.
Well it started Shakey wit Home Connect fibre. The application wet smoothly as my wife app**** for there black Friday deal. Which she was approved for. But it took a couple of emails and WhatsApp messengers to get sorted which was a bit frustrating. But there was an excellent turnaround from them to which we are highly satisfied. Within the First week of January 2026 we were promptly assist an my wife was installed within 1 week including the arrival of my brand new router. Thanks a million we are not sorted and my home business can go forth. Much appreciated from Helena Davies. Bishop Lavis.
Will definitely not recommended then they have no interest in improving there customer service. And this is sad.
#Black Friday. So recently my tenant installed Supersonic fibre in my home. Firstly thank you. Got off to a rocky start with a line speed problem which they resolved. I am aware that this company has received many negative reviews and complaints. Especially with there handling of there customer service and long waiting periods when want to speak to an agent. There billing method has also not been up to scratch. Well let's hope this improves into the future. As you are a client based company. Customer satisfaction should be of the utmost importance as your revenue depends on this. Please also review your staff handling of customers I am aware that some clients can be difficult. But this can possibly be due to frustrations with not getting the help when interacting with your staff. I am sure your business will improve into the future and will be following up. For now I give you 3 stars.
Wow what an experience. Thank you Rocker Fellers Cape Town. For hosting my daughters 40th birthday party. On Friday the 22nd Aug. And epic experience. From the food to the the wine. We were well served food was timely and prepared to the highest of standards. The bar is well placed. We were welcomed with the best of greetings. To our waiters that had the patience of bearing with us Thank You Kindly. Rockefellers You Rock. I would certainly recommend you anytime for a function.

So recently my son law app**** for a fibre line at our home. We had fibre before but the line was vandalized out the outside street box. The matter was reported to there fibre call centre 4weeks ago. They even request him to sent in pictures of the broken line which was done via email. We were given a reference number. After week 1 we started inquiring as to when we will get assistance in the line been fixed. No reply. Eventually after speaking to a consultant we asked to send in pics again this we did. Still no line repair. We even sent an email this morning No reply. Vodacom calls back guess what we must send in the pics again. Is this the level of service you get for a paying customer. Vodacoms customer service is pathetic or is it because we are Not from an Affluent area. Is it because the request comes from Bishop Lavis. "You will wait till we decide to help you" The payment is almost due but we have been a month with out assistance. I am sick and tired of this ******* we have to deal with when wanting assistance. Vodacom can be lucky there is no other service providers in our area. I am utterly disappointed at your manner in which you treat a client. Next step Consumer Council.
