Poor communication. Phone number available, could not even bother to phone - address change was confirmed.
Still awaiting the replacement of my TV that was taken during a armed house ******* on 30/7/2024. Claim only finalised 22/8/2024 - new TV will be delivered. Last week after my review - logistics contacted me, no stock available. This morning I phoned again - still no stock available?? Do yourself a favour and go onto the Teljoy website - search 50" Hisense Smart TV = 9/9 available in your region. But Teljoy cannot replace my claim TV?? I would LOVE an explanation!!
Here we go again....on 22 August 2023 I was advised that the logistic team will interact with me, after insurance claim was processed. Today the 3rd of September - NO interaction, not even any feedback. No contact person or email available to phone or email - only customer care crew. All I need is some feedback, please?

Hisense 50" TV on contract with Teljoy - month 34 of 36 month contract, armed ******* at our home 30/07/2024 @ 3:00 in the morning. After holding on for hours.... and several - "OOPS we are currently busier than normal", I decided to choose the alternative option to report a faulty product - there I get through. Several phone calls later I can obtain hard copy of contract, upon which I need to complete an online claim and submit all relevant documents as well as SAPS reports. Today 21/8/2024 I receive an email - 1 Question answered NO -(photos of damage/forced entry)?? What do you not understand - ARMED *******?? Sliding door was taken off the rails - GUNS put to our heads?? After such a trauma, we just wanted to keep our family safe - did not even think of taking photos. Same day additional 2 locks installed and a safety gate. After SAPS forensic team finished, we just put the door back on rails so we can close and lock our door Really Teljoy - after 21 days? Now I am promised feedback by Friday - 23 Aug 2024.
Cell phones on Telkom Contract - not insured. Armed ******* in our house on 30/7/2023 @ 3:00 in the morning. Unable to get any kind of confirmation from Telkom that devices taken and black-listed are not insured. Insurance assessor needs this confirmation to process claim. Only indication that you are not insured is if there is NO insurance premium on your invoice - not acceptable confirmation for assessor. No other alternative available.
