Disappointed, I am a customer walk in and online user. I won biscuits on scratch and win last year and requested that my prize be included on my purchase. It was never done .I called and asked , I was told I need to physically go to the store to redeem the prize. I told the staff member that answered the call that I am in crutches as I am injured hence the online buying. He said unfortunately I need to walk in to the store and the prize has and expirey date of today. In all i forfeit my prize because of my injury 🙃 is that not bad!!! And inconsiderate of the store ?
'Mtn does not care ' I reported a case at mtn for tele sales disagreement and returned gargets to the mtn store with the hope that they will investigate the matter and let the people involved take responsibility. but it is 4 weeks now and nothing happened not even a call from MTN. I have to be the one calling and/or send email for them to respond. telling me the matter has been taken to the supervisors. yet billing messages are still coming my way.
Keep up the good work and please just track time on service delivery.otherwise perfect job. Hospitality on point.
They don't stick to their standards. I am not treated as a VIP at all.. premiums do not decrease monthly. You have to call and threaten them to leave in order to have your monthly premium decrease.
I bought a Kettle and Microwave Taurus brand because I liked the designs but to my surprise, they both not working. I returned the Kettle first and asked for a replacement of the same brand. A day after I had to return the microwave as it was not heating up nor defrosting. Lovely brand but poor quality. I am just crossing fingers on blender that I have, it is still in working condition so far.
