Taurus Microwave
Dont buy this useless applience. Im so disappointed the microwave doesn't work. They dont even deserve this one star.

Avoid at all costs!
I bought a Taurus pedestal fan from Creative Housewares. When I received the fan, one of the plastic parts had a crack in it. When I contacted CH, they said I would have to come into their office. Since I don’t live near their office and work full time this wasn’t possible and was told they aren’t open on weekends. However the fan worked despite the crack so I left it at that. Now 4 months later, the pole on which the fan head sits has loosened and is swaying from side to side when it oscillates. There is a large ***** which attaches the pole to the base and it seems like the thread has worn down because I can no longer tighten the *****. This very expensive fan has lasted a total of 4 months, I’ve had fans from other reputable brands that have lasted years and years. Lesson learnt: stick with well known brands and well known stores.

Taurus cooler does not even blow out cold air
Bought a Taurus alpatec cooler 3 speed have to put water in and icepack. What a let down not worth the money ,does not even blow out cold air. President Hyper might not give back my money. Dont buy coolers they dont work Taueus was more expensive that goldair Does not matter stil a wadte of my money and I am going to be stuck with it.

Nice design but very poor quality
I bought a Kettle and Microwave Taurus brand because I liked the designs but to my surprise, they both not working. I returned the Kettle first and asked for a replacement of the same brand. A day after I had to return the microwave as it was not heating up nor defrosting. Lovely brand but poor quality. I am just crossing fingers on blender that I have, it is still in working condition so far.

Nice design but very poor quality

A day after I had to return the microwave as it was not heating up nor defrosting. Lovely brand but poor quality. REVIEW OF TAURUS ICE CREAM MAKER LCD DISPLAY STAINLESS STEEL BRUSHED 1.2L 135W "CASA GELAT" Product # 969135 Product barely lasts 3 years and there is no option for repairing in South Africa. I was given this machine in March 2021 as a present and in 2023 it stopped working. I contacted the company that supports them in South Africa (CHWSA) early March, they told me that they do not re-gas them, but I could take it in for them to look at. I dropped the machine off on the 26th of March in Parow. I then followed up on the 23rd of April, the 30th of April and then on the 6th of May, at which point they got back to me and told me that it is out of warranty, and I could purchase a new one at a discounted price (More than what was originally paid). I was never told what was wrong with the machine (So I assume it needed to be re-gassed), but if you want a quality product that lasts DO NOT get this machine as it cannot be fixed and only barely lasts 3 years if that.

Fan motor/engine is noisy
Bought two of these fans and both fan motors makes a noice. Its not a factory fault because why would both fan motors/engins we bought make a noice?! Its unbearable and we called the company and their only suggestion was to buy new fan motors and they could not guarantee it wont make a noice or that we could return the them. Not willing to spend more money on this brand!! Very very unhappy
