I placed an order on the 28 October and this was processed on 29 October and selected express 3-5 days for click and collect at store. Today is 10 November and I have not received the order but it shows delivered to since Friday 07 October 2025 and I ordered my kids concert clothes for Ackermans to have not delivered till today is disgusting and a huge inconvenience and disappointment. I will never again use it. I have ordered previously then now I am getting the worst experience.
Please tell me why if I take up a contract in store that I cannot cancel within 7 days I did an upgrade and I was told to I cannot return it even though the device is not used or open in the same box plastic still on.
I have logged a return for my son's device which I bought in May and in June it started to give me issues where as it switched off and when trying to put it back on it showed me the witouche screen without going on. Which I then submitted it for return. I have then logged it now for the 5th time and it keeps being declined because apparently there is nothing wrong with it when they test it as it worms them stops then gives various errors when I have it which for me is a huge inconvenience because now I need to share my phone again with my son which is ridiculous because I bought him one to avoid having to share.
