Bad repairs
Bought Gucci sunglasses and they had a defect, which I only noticed after purchase. Returned the sunglasses to the store. They were taken in for repairs. Sunnies returned with the same problem. They were sent for repairs for the second time and returned again with the same problems. Warranty? It doesn’t exist! They choose who deserves it and who doesn’t.

Excellent Service
Such great service and efficiency from the Optometrist and all the staff at Torga Optical Mall of the North. The will serve you with a smile and such warmth! I’m so thankful for their kindness and hospitality 🤏🏽

Poor Service
Paint work is average assembling of car is below average!! You will waste more money going back there asking them to fix the mess they made. Rather go somewhere else where you get value for money. They quote as they feel, you pay, then they say the money you paid was little. Customer service- non existent.

Bad customer service
Staff is rude and aggressive when they have to do a refund or return. Stay away from Pick n Pay clothing at The Greenery in Polokwane.

SBSA ***** department not assisting with *****ulent activities in the bank account. I wonder if our monies are even safe in that bank. If you have a Standard Bank account, please check your statement regularly. Monies have been leaving account *****ulently, Standard Bank promised to refund but nothing was done.

My car was impounded at SAPS and I could not take it for service at the set anniversary of the service. Regardless it had not reached the kilometres which is was due for. Service plan fully paid liquid capital declined the service. ****mers these ones. They just want you money but won’t provide service you pay for. ****
