The service here is very bad. There is no staff what so ever. We wait for 3 drinks like almost an hour. People complain and some leave so bad is the service.

I call Floors Direct for a quote and Franco from Silverlakes came to my house and we agree on a product and I accept a quote. When they had to install the floor they were late, after I phone they came that evening about 19h00 and started to install the floor. They did not finished and so 2 days pass before they came again, after I phone and e-mail them several times. I was from the start not happy with the floor, because you can see they use to little glue and the finishing off was untidy. What bother me was that they don't do any inspection afterword's. My floor is lifting now, and I can't get hold of Franco. If I phone any other branch they just past the buck. It was not my decision to use the Silverlakes branch, they send them to my house? So who is responsible for the damages now?
I have a account with you and this month I receive a sms saying the account is in arrears. I got paid on the end of each month. I stay in the city and can't go to the shops that often, I have only weekends to go shopping, how do you aspect me to pay the 1st? This is ridiculous. The new credit law state specifically that you have 7 days to pay an account. I rather pay the whole account and close it, thanks
ABSA call center call me and offer me a credit card. I went to the Waverley Branch to pick up the card. When I want to gave my proof of resident they wont accept it because it was mail to me. The Post Office strike so they now a days everything is send out to you by every one. And if it is not acceptable of ABSA they must keep up with time. Then after that they also told me I have to go to the police station for a stamp. I bank at ABSA now for 54 years and they treat you like a criminal. I already FICA with them and everything is there on the system. If they don't trust people get a new system, the one that Capitec use. I work full day and can't go to the police station. So you know what ABSA stick the card I am not interesting any more. The next thing is I am about to close my account. That is why ABSA is losing clients this past years like you wont belief. Even FNB call you and deliver your card at your home. GOOD BYE ABSA
