I cancelled their free trial vut they still charged me
II app**** for medical insurance, and the guy who helped me, I asked him to add my child, which he made a mistake. I corrected him, and he says he corrected it. Only at month end was I charged a different amount, meaning he didn't add my child nor put me on the right spec. I emailed him with no response; I contacted Discovery only for them to tell me I need to contact Hippo.
I went to their store to do e sim, which i was notified that my sim has been flagged for sim swap from since 2 years ago.i have been using this number since i was young. The fact that when someone was trying to do it and they did alert me makes me sad. Now it has been 3 weeks. The employees have no knowledge of fixing the issue and nobody seems to be doing anything.
