Old Mutual Funeral Policy is a ****
Old Mutual Funeral Policy . We processed a claim on the 15 Jan 26 only half of the pay out was paid (Due to their internal error ) we still have not received the remaining pay out their head office say the claim is approved and payment processed meanwhile their branch in Klerksdorp is telling us to change banks multiple times over a month still funds have not been paid

GoTyme is an unsafe Bank
Unsafe Bank ! Bank with GoTyme Bank at your own risk .A transaction was processed while ,my card was with me reported with their customer service .the investigation took 7 days they came bank and told me that they don't see wrong doing from their side . meanwhile safety is compromised .i moved all my savings from them .

LEGit Store Worst Customer Service With Returns
LEGiT Store has the worst customer service . Bought shoes at Eastgate tried to return them at their store at Clearwater Mall the Manager refused to assist me and she was very rude her colleague apologised on behalf but she did not . Tried to log a complain with their customer service still have not received feed back its been a week . i will never buy in that store again

Bad Service and overcharging on wrong order
Ordered glassed from Lensmart uploaded the script however i was sent wrong just normal reading glasses , now i am told that i need to pay for the collection and delivery , although its their mistake . the customer service on FB massager is a mess .

Hair still not delivered since 01 July 2024
Bought hair online at the beginning of July 2024, firstly they delivered at the wrong address,I had to collect the hair which was bad quality even their stuff agreed returned 1 august 2024 still waiting for my hair, their customer service agent Cindy told me that I am not the only client they're dealing with Till todate still have not received the hair disappointed.
