Archive Fourways Mall sold me counterfeit (Dupe) sneakers
I am absolutely disgusted and furious with Archive at Fourways Mall. I bought a pair of white Air Force 1s on laybuy, only to find out they sold me a counterfeit pair. The leather is peeling off, and it's tearing. I compared them to authentic pairs, and the difference is shocking. This is beyond disappointing, and I feel completely betrayed. How dare you sell counterfeit products and deceive customers like this? I will NEVER shop here again, and I will make sure everyone knows how terrible and dishonest your store is!

Archive Fourways Mall sold me counterfeit (Dupe) sneakers
I am absolutely disgusted and furious with Archive at Fourways Mall. I bought a pair of white Air Force 1s on laybuy, only to find out they sold me a counterfeit pair. Best shopping experience ever
A young lady by the name of Ofense assisted us and wow was she just amazing and helpful , not everyday you meet people that a passionate about their jobs and assist you with so much energy.

Going the extra mile
I saw a pair of Nike sneakers that I absolutely loved and had to have, I purchased it on line via the BASH website only to have them cancel the order as my shoe size was not in stock. I then searched for which store had stock and the only store was in Cape Town and I live in Durban, I called the store in Cape Town Plumstead I think and asked what I could do to get the shoe he advised that I needed to visit the closest branch and they will be able to assist, I was not able to go to the store but called the store and spoke to Mpume who called the store in Cape Town and then got back to me I advised her that I was not able to get to the store to pay the R50 IBT she told me to give her a short while and she will get back to me. She called me back to advse that she paid the R50and that I could pay her when I went to fetch the shoe. She called me regularly to give me an update and I went in store today to purchase the sneaker that I have absolutely fallen in love with. Thank you Mphume ARCHIVE Gateway. you made me the happiest.

Terrible experience @Archive Springs mall
Archive Springs mall contact details does not exit ,how can you list a number on Google that doesn’t exit , received such a horrible service a from the sales rep , all they do is mind their own business and chat to each other only attend to you when you’re buying because it’s a sale for them. I need to speak to a Manager @ Archive Springs mall
