Highly disappointed with the service Iv received so far I finished paying and signed all transfer papers long along the debt company I was previously signed up with confirmed that I am now moved to NDCSA but every time I call I’m told the system is offline and I cannot be assisted. This company came highly recommended but as a client Iv lost all hope and feel ******. I have done everything requested of me but I feel like as soon as I gave you guys POA you ditched on me and now I’m still under debt review with no feedback.
I'd like to express my utmost disappointment in the packaging and delivery of my order. The order took 5 hours to be delivered. When I enquired with customer service, they told me they are not able to reach the store. The ice cream I ordered arrived soggy, the ****ins were damaged, and there was an item missing. The app is not the best when you request a credit or refund. I always order on Checkers60; this is the first I've experienced such bad service. My order number is 178438146. Please review and fix this.
Can you please stop the sales calls? I'm being constantly harassed and sold services I'm not interested in. I didn't request a sales call, so I'm unsure how you got my number. The frequency of calls is excessive - multiple times an hour, all day. I'd appreciate it if you could remove me from your system. I'm not interested in your services
Dear Discovery Health Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the Chronic Department regarding the delay in approving my HIV treatment. Despite numerous attempts, multiple emails, and conversations with various case managers, I have yet to receive approval for my chronic medication. This delay is particularly concerning given my pregnancy, and I am now 12 weeks pregnant. I have diligently emailed all required documents and spoken to several case managers, but unfortunately, no one has been able to assist me in getting my treatment approved. I have also reached out to Lindiwe Innocentia via direct email, who assured me she would call back within 15 minutes. That took hours , and I have yet to hear from her. As a pregnant woman, it is crucial that I start my HIV treatment urgently to ensure the health and well-being of both myself and my unborn child. The delay in approving my treatment is not only frustrating but also poses a significant risk to my health. I kindly request that you expedite my application and provide me with a clear timeline for approval. I would appreciate it if someone could also provide me with regular updates on the status of my application. I hope that you will take my situation seriously and take immediate action to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

The waiter that served us last night Darlington added his own generous tip without making me aware after it was specifically written down on the slip. Very disappointed on the experience the last time Linton at the bar totally forgot we existed and we waited 2 hours for our food. I’m ok with never going back there nor will I recommend canal walk
It’s been 11 days still no feedback from Dstv, Iv tried going in store twice Iv called countless to times and I’m not receiving the service I’m paying for I honestly feel robbed Good evening To my surprise I am still being charged for a decoder that did not work ,the consultant at Bridge City mall was absolutely no help to me and did not advise me to cancel the subscription because my decoder was not working. Instead I was sent home to call my installer and check my signal. How am I paying for two subscriptions,Iv upgraded to explora and I’m still inconvenienced because of service and explanation I received from the agent. Regards Melody
on the 13th of November i recieved a phone call from cell c informing me i have won a 24 summer competition, the lady who called me asked for my information and said in 3 days a 3rd party will call me with the details of my prize, i spent soo much of my time and had to pull up on the side of the road to take that call yet no one has called back. Cell C is very misleading and im worried cause i gave consent for her give out my information to a 3rd party which i dont know.
I have a problem with my capitec account, when i went to the bank they informed me that the transfer i received were unauthorised by the account holder therefore i wont be able to bank with them ever again. it is very strange cause that person owed me money and i had no knowledge of how they went about getting it, how is this any of my business.
