I bought a jacket for my husband just last weekend, this Sunday he had it on and somehow it ripped/melted but there is now a big hole in the jacket and it cannot be worn. This is a outdoor jacket, that was R899.99 almost a thousand rand and it got damaged so easily no wonder people resort to buying on temu and Shein because the South African stores have horrible quality and even worse customer service, went to the store and they staff tood in a circle and all decided that they will not be refunding me. When I eventually send an email to customer service they confirmed the matter was sent to the store and it closed now. The same store that refused to refund us, why is there the existence of an escalation process if it just gets sent to the same poorly serviced stores. I am urging everyone and will make it my mission to urge people to not buy at total sport!! When we spoke to family and friends, we heard stories about the most horrible stories!!!! This goes to show they do not value quality nor do they value customers or customer service.
I have been waiting for almost 10 working days for a refund after I did a return - Every time I am told that the matter has been escalated but no one gives me an answer or have specify how far the refund is.
Paid my internet on Friday but still have to not reconnected yet. I have been to the branch with the sim card was told to bring the whole internet box!!
Please stop ordering from the Pick n pay asap app. I cancelled my order due to waiting for three hours ( calling them every 30min) to find out what is going on - with its on its way the whole time. I cancelled my order on the 4th August, by the Friday the 9th I did not receive any funds when I checked the app, I saw the wallet pay out date shows the 9th - I still have it another 5 working days - When I followed up on the Friday the 16th they all of a sudden say we have just paid the payment with not enough apologies or a sincere email - Now it leaves me to wait another 1-10 working days while they ignore my emails, they do not respond to my social media dm's - Utterly disgusting for a nationwide huge supermarket chain - no wonder they are going down the drain!!
