I bought a bed on the 31 Oct 2025, through them and didnt know they only deliver around Gauteng only. I paid and they called back and informed me that the delivery price that i paid was for Gauteng province. I then requested a refund since i am in Limpopo and they promised to refund me within 7 working days. When i call them my calls are being ignored and their whatsaap robot keeps on promising and promising to pay. I even send them proof of my banking details . My Order number: BM2732
account number: I7526065-8 VODCOM IS FRUSTRAING ME!! I took a contract with VODACOM since 2021. My contract for 3 Sim cards was supposed to end in 2024 June, Vodacom customer service renewed the contract without my concern. I informed them that the Sim cards were misplaced and they charged me for them, but they never send me any replacements Sim cards until I found the ones that were misplaced. I called Vodacom to inform them, but they never assisted me. Weirdly the information is showing on their side that I did not renew the contract, and they know the person who renew it with my concern. I They always block my phone and when I call them, they force me to pay before they can assist me. ow my contract is ending in June; I have not received any calls or message from them. I would like you to assist me to cancel this contract with them with immediate effect. This is day light ******* from Vodacom. I even made several calls to you and sent emails to your ***** line and you never revert. NOW I HAVE TO PAY EVERY MONTH FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT RENEW. THEIR INVOICES HAVE DIFFERENT AMOUNT EVRY MONTH, FOR WHAT I DONT KNOW. PLEASE CANCEL MY SIMCARD CONTRACT PLEASE.
Rustenburg branch- Their driver is so rude; He goes by the name of Ikaneng Mokotedi. There are lots of people who will appreciate this job. He only wait for you for 2 minutes and then drive off. Very rude and disrespectful.
Ford Thabazimbi servive mananger Esther Snyman is so rude to black people. Their customer service to black people is disrespectful. They treat balck people like trash. I took my car there for a service and I got stuck in Pretoria after their major service. When i complained to them, they did not even apologise but she was rather rude. Ford SA must do something about this because i am not the only black client in Thabazimbi who is unhappy.
