Poor customer service - haven’t been refunded
I have placed an order online , received the order and I don’t like 2 out of the 3 pairs I have ordered . I tried to login on their website to log a return and the system isn’t allowing me , I then sent them emails and contacted them on Instagram via DMs , they keep saying senior management will contact me , I haven’t been contacted by anyone so far , I need them to collect the shoes and refund me .0 replies
