I have placed an order online , received the order and I don’t like 2 out of the 3 pairs I have ordered . I tried to login on their website to log a return and the system isn’t allowing me , I then sent them emails and contacted them on Instagram via DMs , they keep saying senior management will contact me , I haven’t been contacted by anyone so far , I need them to collect the shoes and refund me .
I reported a faulty Samsung washing machine 2 weeks ago and I was informed I can’t get refunded before a technician comes to assess the machine , the technician would come within 48 hours ( I stay 10 minutes away from Makro ). The technician has not arrived , I have called countless times and even left messages , no one is willing to assist me . So disappointed at the poor quality of service , given that the machine was expensive , I won’t give up until I get my money back .
