I bought a jojo tank from a local hardware unfortunately it was an africa tank. On the same day i bought it. It collapsed on itself i then went back to the hardware to complain and they refered to me to the useless representatives of Africa tanks which were not of assistance i had to incurs costs to repair the tank which is under warranty and still has a guarantee. Such ****ery if i could i would request my refund and buy a different brand.
This is sad to do. But it seems this is the only way to get through to the thick headed, nonchalant, customer rights non abiding to and selfish business conduct of so called "Fairsure". I dont know what is "Fair" and what the name of this brand stands for. But it is very deceptive to the public. Heres my 100th complaint about this company. I want my payment processed as required by law that any member filling for devorce against a member of a pension fund shall be paid out within 60 days of the claim. Fairsure doesn't give a flying **** about the law. I am sick and tired of begging them. Heres my 100th email to them from The month of January till now still no way forward: Claims proceess enquiry. Once again i am begging for a response from Fairsure. May i kindly get a response on when payments will be made? The devorce papers clearly states that the pension fund must make payments to the claiming party within 60 days. I am confused as to why this is not abide by , i have been waiting patientlyfor the past 3 months now for the payment to be made or for an update on the current progress of my claim. I have settled for devorce in December 2024 and i have submitted a claim in mid January to the KZN Municipal pension fund which unfortunate enough for me their funds are handled by fairsure. Ive never dealt with such a nonchalant bunch of employees about their clients. Ive sent numerous emails to devorce administrators almost every day from the time of my settlement, just asking if theyve recieved my documentation or if my claim is being processed or not. This is ridiculous the amount of begging i have to do just for utter and complete nothingness. Fairsure praises and prides itself in utter incompetence. I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of service ive been recieving from webafrica. Their wifi network is like loadshedding sometimes its there sometimes its not. Having the fibre network is a gamble because you sometimes dont get what you pay for. Not to mention when theres slight wind in the area then network signal is non existent. Quality is poor and outages are too frequent.
