I am very disappointed with the way Foneyam handles billing. We made a prepaid payment of R250 in advance for the service, and several payments have already been made before. Despite this, we are now being told that a payment of R137.94 is due. This makes no sense, as this month’s installment was already covered last month. We even went to Ackermans to request a statement and find out why there is still an amount due, but we received no clear explanation or breakdown of costs. The phone is currently unusable, and we still don’t understand how these extra charges were calculated. We are requesting that Foneyam provide a full statement showing all payments, charges, and how the current balance was determined. Customers deserve transparent billing, especially when payments have been made in advance.

Recently, I discovered that Nimble Group has listed a debt under my name, despite the fact that I have no knowledge of this company, nor do I have any outstanding debts associated with them or any related entity. This erroneous listing is severely affecting my ability to build and maintain a healthy credit profile, which is essential for my financial stability and future opportunities. It is unacceptable that a company I have no relationship with can have such a detrimental impact on my credit. I demand that Nimble Group immediately investigate this matter and remove this baseless listing from my credit report.
